Information you should know:

Trip Name: In some cases, the schedule lists two departures. We only offer one trip per week but like to have a couple of options so that we can pick the best location for a variety of factors. The ultimate location of the trip will depend on the following:

• Individual and/or group preferences and abilities,
• Weather, road and other conditions beyond our control such as water level at Lake Powell (Waterpocket Fold) and spring run off can all change trip location.
• We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to inadequate sign-up. A trip is tentative until 4 people have signed up, at which time it is confirmed for departure.
• In the event of a cancellation on our part, a full refund will be given. No refunds are given after the trip has begun.
• Groups of 6 or more are welcome to pick any date not shown.

Trip Cost & Discounts:

• There is never a single supplement charge on any of our trips.
• All costs are subject to state and local taxes of 6.9%.
• Discounts are not available unless booking directly with the ECO office.
• We offer group discounts of 10% for four to six people signing up together and 15% for a group of seven to nine. Your group must sign up together on one invoice and discount will be applied on final payment.
• Repeat travelers are offered a 10% discount.
• Discounts cannot be combined.
