Reservations

Whether you are traveling alone or in a group, signing up for one of our trips is easy. Please carefully read the information provided on this website. We have answered many questions that you may have. We recommend that you then call us to check that space is available on the trip you want. Keep in mind that we need a minimum registration of 4 to confirm a trip and can accommodate up to 9 guests per trip. If you have any schedule flexibility, please let us know. To reserve a space, please fill out the reservation form (one per person), sign it at the bottom and send it with your nonrefundable deposit of $200.00 per person to us. We suggest that you make a copy of this form for your records. We prefer personal checks but will accept MasterCard and Visa. If paying by credit card, please mail the credit card payment form in with your reservation form or call us with the information. Upon receiving your deposit we will send you a letter confirming your reservation, invoice, itinerary, equipment list and an assumption of risk form. The assumption of risk form must be completed and returned to our office as soon as possible. Book as far ahead as you can to ensure a place on the trip you have chosen. Your deposit holds your reservation until 60 days before the departure date at which time the balance is due. If you are signing up within 60 days of the trip, full payment is due with completed registration and assumption of risk forms.

We have at least 10 different itineraries that we run depending on a variety of natural conditions & circumstances beyond our control. The calendar shows dates for the current season and location of the trip each particular week. Detailed descriptions of each itinerary are linked. Please understand that wilderness travel requires flexibility on our part and yours and last minute changes have been made. Guests are responsible for choosing a trip that suits their abilities, level of fitness and state of health. If you have any questions regarding trip descriptions, please do not hesitate to call.

Custom dates are available and we have discounts for repeat ECO travelers, groups and early registration.

 

Cancellation Policy

Your deposit is nonrefundable. However, if we receive notice of your cancellation more than 60 days prior to departure, your deposit will be credited toward a trip taken in the next 12 months, and any balance paid will be refunded. Cancellation from 60 to 30 days prior to departure forfeits the deposit credit and 50% of the balance paid will be retained. Cancellation within 30 days of trip departure forfeits deposit and all balance paid. Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason.
